Simply Saturday/Easter Bonnets and a Sweet Pea

(I'm going to be gone all day tomorrow, so I'm going ahead and posting Simply Saturday this evening)

I'm no photographer but as I get into blogging and with a husband who is a photographer on the side, the photo bug has bitten.  I want to learn.  If I'm really truthful here, I just want to play and see what I can capture.  I'm always looking for subjects to photograph.  I had the perfect model next door.  You just can't go wrong with a face like this. . . . .

A true Sweet Pea! Simply beautiful!  :)

  1. Kristin,

Oh, what cute pictures of this sweet little girl! Is this your daughter?

You're alot like me. Since I started blogging, I have taken more pictures of just "things" than I ever have in my life! I used to be "afraid" of using the camera, but now, I just like to "play" with it, and see what happens. :)

    Blessings,

  4. If only I could remember to take my camera with me!!!! I want to learn, too. And when I do have it with me, by the time I find the button to turn it on, do the settings, etc., the shot is long gone down the road. I may just have to get Buster to sit still and take a thousand shots. Your Sweet Pea is just soooo cute!!!! You just couldn't miss on that one! (And I love the bonnets, too!)

  6. Simply Beautiful is right!! Everytime I see her face it makes me tear up to know that I am the proud mom of this darling angel, and how truly blessed I am. I am thankful that I will have these memories to cherish forever. My mom loves these photos to pieces, and has said that I will have to use one as a Engagment Announcment for when her time comes. May it be a long time from now!!
